High School is done! What’s next? Well, I am participating in the World Race–a missions initiative by Adventures in Missions!! My squad of over 36 young adults will soon travel to Guatemala, South Africa, Cambodia, and Thailand to spread God’s good news, assisting in schools, churches, the community, and wherever God takes us. I fell in love with missions during a trip during spring break to Uganda. If you love God and you love people, shouldn’t you introduce them? Click on the link “About Me” to the left to find out more about my plans.
I suspect that this blog will be one of the hardest for me to write–I need to raise $15,800 in just a few months. Anyone who knows me, also knows how much I dread this part; however, I know God wants me to do this and He will provide. I am asking for prayers and financial support. Also keep my entire squad in your prayers as we all are in the process of raising this money and getting ready to share God’s message with the world. If you would like to contribute to this, become a part of our team by praying for us and making a donation to my effort. The fun part: By making a donation to this 501(c)(3), you force the United States government to give up some of the tax money it would have collected from you and allows it to be used spreading God’s message to the world. You can click on the donation button to the left or use this easy link: https://www.adventures.org/give/donate.asp?giveto=worldrace&desc=Sasha%20Fowler&appeal_id=FOWLERALEXANDRA
I plan to blog during my entire trip to let everyone know the work that God is doing in the lives of people on 4 of the 7 continents (including North America). Thanks for considering this.
Sasha, I am very proud of how diligent you have been with your fundraising and trusting God to make this happen. We are excited to see what God is going to do to you and through you. Love you. Dad
